A Week of Melodies: Sunday

We've done colors. We've done seasons. We've done Enneagrams and astrological signs. Logically, the natural progression of our very niche playlist series is days of the week, right?
Sunday here in the West is simultaneously the beginning and end of the week. It's the first calendar day of the week, bringing to mind for a lot of people a fresh start and a time of beginning. It's also the final day of the weekend, which can make people catch cases of the somewhat aptly named "Sunday Scaries." It's a day of worship and rest for many of the Christian faith and for some businesses as well. In the US, it's a huge day for part of the year to watch football with families and communities. It's so many different things for so many people.
I had a very difficult time making a playlist giving off a Sunday vibe, since each Sunday is unique not only to me, but I'm sure to everyone else also. What I can give you, though, are some fun songs that deal with Sunday as a theme, and after the craziness of the holiday season a nice fun, short, sweet, and simple post sounds right up my alley.
Seven days in a week, even songs in the post: here are our Sunday songs.
