Happy, happy New Year, everyone! While I'm always looking forward to new music to experience, I also love celebrating the lasting power of the music of the past that's helped shape all of our lives in some way or another. These songs are having milestone birthdays this year, and what better time than now to take a trip down memory lane to see how far we've come. I only picked a handful for each decade, so if you have a favorite that isn't listed it definitely wasn't intentional, but I hope you have fun looking back on these songs and thinking of others from that time as well!
