Some Song Over the Rainbow: Black

Similar to white, there's been debate about if black is actually a "color." I think the discovery or creation or whatever of vantablack should answer that question pretty clearly (look it up, it's super sick).

When talking about light radiation, black is NOT a color because it's not on the visible color spectrum, as it's the absence of light; in terms of pigmentation, black IS a color because it's created through combining colors. Black often symbolizes authority, death, depression, elegance, evil, formality, mystery, power, prestige, protection, rebellion, seduction, and sophistication. Does black just not feel like it fully expresses today's mood? Look out for other shades like charcoal, crow, ebony, ink, jet, licorice, midnight, oil, onyx, pitch, raven, sable, or any of the many other shades and names this color can go by.

Like in past posts, this post will be divided between albums and songs.
